When searching it is best to use the artists name first. EG type Keith Jarrett and you'll get 78 KJ titles. Type James and you'll get 143 results, type James Muller and you'll get 4 results. If you have the exact album title use that. If the album has an unusual word in the title use that to search as it will narrow the search a lot. Eg Jasmine gives you one result, Blue will give you 173 results. A combination ot the artists name and title is a good way of searching - eg Miles Blue will give you 7 results. Spelling has to be correct - the search won't find similar words. If we've mispelt anything let us know asap ! When searching for E.S.T. type Esbjorn Svensson Trio not EST or E.S.T. - the search function doesn't like full stops !
Also the web site currently displays about 50% of our stock so if you can't find something please email us about it. We may well have it on hand in the store and it could be waiting to be uploaded to the web site. And if not, we can probably get it for you pretty quickly.
The web site is not linked to our point of sale system so items showing in stock may actually be out of stock when you place an order. We do our best to minimise this (by keeping a lot of stock) but sometimes there may be a delay in shipping due to lack of stock. Thats why it is a good idea to send your email address with your order - if there is a problem we can let you know straight away. Sometimes a title may be showing as available when in fact it is deleted. Again we do our best to minimise this but we are only human. As soon as we find out a title is deleted we remove it from the web site.
You can search some of the major labels like this: Click on search "By Lable", click on a letter - eg E for ECM and you'll find 18 pages of titles POSTAGE. All orders for cds / DVDS within Australia $7. Box sets and vinyl lps are usually a bit more. It's very expensive to ship box sets so contact us if you have any questions.
