2022 CD release. After a potentially life threatening heart attack during lockdown, British guitarist Chris Standring decided to put his experience back into the music. Suddenly face to face, he found himself asking what is important in life and how he might want to live out his third act. For him, as it turns out, it all comes down to the simple things. And on this, his 14th solo studio recording, Chris focuses on celebration with a truly uplifting eleven song set showcasing his unique brand of soul jazz and funk and some very tasty guitar playing.
