Suzuki Isao Quartet + 1 'Blue Road' (recorded in 1975). This is a precious record of a gig held at "5 Days in Jazz 1975," the month after the recording of the masterpiece 'Orangutan,' with the recording members fully prepared.

Digitized from the remaining 2-inch master tapes, under the supervision of Takeshi Fujii, who headed Three Blind Mice, the trackdown was handled by Yoshihiko Kannari, the "guardian of the TBM sound," who also handled this live recording. The TBM sound from half a century ago has been recreated.

This is a valuable record that vividly captures the energy of Japanese jazz at its peak in the 1970s.
