Kenji Mori (b. 1942) is a versatile multi-reed player whose main instrument is alto saxophone but is equally comfortable on tenor saxophone, several flutes, clarinet and even recorders. He appeard on many Three Blind Mice records as a sideman, but this is one of the few albums he recorded for TBM as a leader. On this album, he plays tenor sax, alto flute and recorder. The two originals by Mori are jazz rock tunes, with Kazumi Watanabe's guitar playing an important role.
