One-of-a-kind electronic music "Rokudai = Jisui Fire Wind Sky Knowledge" left by Masaaki Kikuchi, one of Japan's leading jazz pianists, is finally back!

The phantom sound source "Rokudai = Jisui Fire Wind Sky Sense" produced after the release of the famous album "Susto" is remastered by Taylor Duprey, who was also trusted by Ryuichi Sakamoto, and is revived as a two-disc record with six titles SACD (hybrid disc) and six two-disc LPs.

MASABUMI KIKUCHI, one of Japan’s foremost jazz pianists, leaves behind his one-of-a-kind electronic music masterpiece ‘Japanesque: Six Elements’-now finally reissued. This elusive recording, created after the release of the acclaimed album ‘Susto’, is now revived as a 6-title SACD (hybrid) set and a 6-title 2-LP record set, remastered by Taylor Deupree, who earned the deep trust of Ryuichi Sakamoto.

The music "Rokudai = Ground Water, Fire and Sky" produced for fifteen hours of video is a one-of-a-kind electronic music left by Masaaki Kikuchi. After electric jazz/funk for Susto and One-Way Traveller, most of the 80s were spent producing this music. It is a record that confronts pure electronic sound, and it is a rare work in the world that fills the missing link between jazz and electronic music.
