The Project is a study in the growth of the saxophonist, composer, arranger and band leader, featuring songs and arrangements from throughout the ensemble’s 8 year existence.
Sam Pilnick is a Chicago-based saxophonist, composer and arranger known for his boundary-pushing collection of original compositions and reimagined works that highlight the artist’s evolving voice and the dynamic synergy of their ensemble, Sam Pilnick’s Nonet Project.
